Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, clients must:
- Contact us via the provided communication channels
- Provide necessary details about the desired services
- Agree upon a suitable timeframe
We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability.
Payment Terms
Payments for services rendered are due as follows:
- A deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and other mutually agreed-upon methods.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours notice without incurring any penalties. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.
Liability
Gardening Osterley is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we cannot be held liable for:
- Damage to property beyond our control
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions
- Injuries sustained by third parties on the job site
Clients are encouraged to inform us of any specific concerns or requirements to mitigate potential risks.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate information regarding the service location and requirements
- Ensure unobstructed access to the property during scheduled service times
- Notify us promptly of any changes to the service scope
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
